How long does it take to receive my order?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.), leggings are hand cut, printed and sewn and can take 4-8 business days,  and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve posted some times below to help you out.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Will my items look the SAME as on my computer screen?
Remember that the bright colors you see on screen are completely different then printed matter and will vary from monitor to print, is white printing the best on all colors? Maybe not on light pink or light blue, you can always contact us to change the lettering to any color and we will gladly do so….remember we don’t refund because it doesn’t appear like it did on your monitor, we try our very best to represent the products accurately, but quite honestly they do look different.

We try to show you how the design of choice will look on your t-shirt, but sizing and position will vary due to sizes of garments….we do our best to represent the actual product but it will not be an exact replica of the mock up you see. Maximum print area is 12″ by 16″ so depending on the design etc., it will be in this range….remember the larger the shirt the print takes up less area, and the smaller the shirt, we sometimes have to reduce the print size so your design isn’t under your armpits.

Can I get printing on the back instead of the front or both?
We always are here to help, just send us a message for a custom design (no extra charge EVER!) through our contact us page and we will present you with your options, and list the item in our custom products just for you!

 

What if I put the wrong delivery address in by mistake?
If the delivery address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. When it is returned to us, then we’ll contact you for an updated address, and ship out at another shipping cost to you. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to us. In this case, as you entered the incorrect address, you, the customer would have to process a new order to replace the original – sorry – it’s only you at your keyboard!

 

Do you do custom orders and at what cost?
Absolutely, we will…just email us and we will get to work on it, and once you approve, we will list that shirt and you can order from there.  And we know you are going to ask “Do you charge extra for the design?” – NO WAY, no customization charges…we want you happy!

 

Can you mark my item as 'gift' to avoid Customs and Duties?
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Imaginable Creations, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. It is unlawful to request that Imaginable Creations change any information on all or part of your order to avoid these taxes.  We ship from the USA so all other countries are subject to duties and customs as per their destination country.

 

Do you offer a Refund or Exchange Policy?
We strongly encourage you to check sizing charts and to measure accordingly….because Imaginable Creations products are a made to order business, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, it is your responsibility when ordering to measure and order accurately. However, if your shirt seems to be damaged or lost in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Cancellations

Because of the speed orders are processed, we do not allow cancellations of orders once they have gone to press.  Orders may be cancelled prior to being printed, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order, again, as our products are made to order and custom, once they have gone to press we will not cancel your order.

Refunds

We make every effort possible to ensure your items will be produced at their best quality. We offer a money-back guarantee on products that do not meet our quality standard. All items must be shipped back to us (please contact us first for the return address) in an unworn new state and shipping charges will not be refunded, you will need to ship back to us at your own expense. We do NOT offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size, as our business is a custom print to order, please check the sizing charts and order accordingly.  Anything to do with quality refunds we will ask you for a photo of the issue.

We will offer a full refund, or a replacement item free of charge, if one or more of the following occurs:

Incorrect Size ( i.e. a small arrives instead of a medium) or Style: If the garment printed on does not match that what you ordered( (i.e. youth arrives instead of toddler) or Incorrect Printing: The finished product artwork differs from the artwork you ordered (i.e. the image was to be a cat and is a dog). Missing or Damaged Garments: If your item was not delivered in a timely manner, or the garment was ripped, torn, or damaged we will offer a refund, please be prepared to send us photos and be prepared to ship back to us (shipping is not refundable or covered).

Returns Without Cause:

Returns without cause or reason will not be refunded. We try to do everything to make sure your order is perfect, but unfortunately we sometimes do make errors. Your satisfaction and referral business is important, please contact us as we hope we can make things right, we will do EVERYTHING we can to rectify an issue, just reach out first and give us a chance.

What type of print is used on your garments?
We use only DTG (direct to garment) printing. Our prints will not crack over time like cheaper methods. This gives t-shirts a more loved washed grunge look, not necessarily bold and brilliant colors but the grunge pre-washed look.

Is my item guaranteed in stock?
We do our best to keep inventory in stock.  All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.  But don’t worry, if we are out of stock on an item we will contact you by email, if we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours it is our policy to simply refund the order.
